Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
If we collect information about you via online forms, it is for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
The type of information we might collect about you includes: your name, email address, address (online orders only), phone number (online orders only), credit-debit card details (in secure pages for online orders only). We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

Gymblocks accepts no responsibility for any losses, claims, damages, costs, charges, expenses, liabilities, demands, proceedings and actions which persons using this website may sustain or incur or which may be brought or established against it by any person and any case which arises out or in relation to or by reason of their use of this website. Links to external websites are given in good faith and we cannot be held responsible for updates or changes to content in those websites.

Delivery of Purchase
Delivery will usually take place 5-7 working days after the order is placed, apart from during peak periods (e.g Christmas) where delivery may be slightly delayed. Delivery will take place by courier, either Myhermes or UKMail, Gymblocks will decide on the most suitable courier. Tracking numbers will be sent by email as soon as the courier has been booked, the courier will attempt to deliver on three occasions, items will require a signature. Should no one be able to accept delivery, the item will be returned to the couriers local depot, where the item will remain for 7 working days for collection and then returned to Gymblocks.

Returns
If you wish to cancel your order for a full refund you have the right to do so, providing you notify us in writing of your intention within 14 working days of the day after delivery. Please notify us by Email: sales@gymblocks.com
Any goods supplied must then be returned at your own expense, within 7 days of your notice to cancel to us at: 130 Painswick Road Gloucester, GL4 4PZ
We are able to arrange an insured collection if requested. *Please note - This will be done by UK Mail and cost for this service will be £9.00
Providing the goods are returned complete with all accessories (including any free gifts supplied) and without damage or imperfection you will receive a full refund within 14 days of our receipt of the goods. We are unable to accept back unwanted gifts or non-faulty items if more than 14 days after the delivery date have passed.

Changes to your order
We are sorry that it is not possible to make changes to your order through gymblocks.com
If you would like to add an item to your order, please place a new order for the item and providing the first order hasn`t been dispatched the delivery will be combined. If you wish to change an item please use the above contact form or call 07884206497. To cancel your order completely, please e-mail: sales@gymblocks.com. If your order has already been dispatched then you will need to follow the above returns procedure.

Damaged or missing items
In the unlikely event that when your product arrives it is damaged, or any items are missing from your order please e-mail: sales@gymblocks.com or call 07884206497. Please report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Please have the details of the damage or the missing items and we will seek to rectify the situation as quickly as possible, where possible please also send pictures of any damages.
