We only collect information about you when you place an order, this will be :-

Why we keep information we collect :
This information is necessary to process your order correctly and is not shared with any third party, except to make payments during the checkout process or where we are required to do so as stated below .

How long we keep information we collect :
We are required under UK tax law to keep details of purchases for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.
We will not send you marketing media unless you agree to receive it.
We may share your data with organisations such as : governmental bodies, regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts-tribunals and insurers only where we are required to do so, i.e.
To comply with our legal obligations,
To exercise our legal rights (for example in court cases),

Delivery of Purchase
Delivery will usually take place 5-7 working days after the order is placed, apart from during peak periods (e.g Christmas) where delivery may be slightly delayed. Delivery will take place by courier, either Myhermes or Royal Mail. Gymblocks will decide on the most suitable courier. Tracking numbers will be sent by email as soon as the courier has been booked, the courier will attempt to deliver on three occasions, items will require a signature. Should no one be able to accept delivery, the item will be returned to the couriers local depot, where the item will remain for 7 working days for collection and then returned to Gymblocks.
If you wish to cancel your order for a full refund you have the right to do so, providing you notify us in writing of your intention within 14 working days of the day after delivery. Please notify us by Email: email@example.com
Any goods supplied must then be returned at your own expense, within 7 days of your notice to cancel to us at: 130 Painswick Road Gloucester, GL4 4PZ
We are able to arrange an insured collection if requested. *Please note - This will be done by myhermes and cost for this service will be £9
Providing the goods are returned complete with all accessories (including any free gifts supplied) and without damage or imperfection you will receive a full refund within 14 days of our receipt of the goods. We are unable to accept back unwanted gifts or non-faulty items if more than 14 days after the delivery date have passed.
Changes to your order
We are sorry that it is not possible to make changes to your order through this website.
If you would like to add an item to your order, please place a new order for the item and providing the first order hasn`t been dispatched the delivery will be combined. If you wish to change an item please use the above contact form. To cancel your order completely, please e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already been dispatched then you will need to follow the above returns procedure.
Damaged or missing items
In the unlikely event that when your product arrives it is damaged, or any items are missing from your order please e-mail: email@example.com. Please report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Please have the details of the damage or the missing items and we will seek to rectify the situation as quickly as possible, where possible please also send pictures of any damages.
